Meet Maribeth, CEO

Maribeth Jenkins has been a passionate advocate and partner for senior living marketing teams for more than 25 years. This passion fuels her commitment to keeping her promises and delivering the best solutions to her clients. Her peers in the senior living, healthcare, and marketing industries acknowledge her dedication, experience, knowledge and insight. And they appreciate her ability to provide measurable results. Decades of marketing experience and a passion for inbound and outbound marketing solutions give her the perfect foundation to offer strategic insights and form long-term partnerships.

For more than 20 years, Maribeth and close friends have met at 5 am nearly every day for exercise, coffee and conversation. This is just one example of how much she values fellowship and collaboration. Together, they have solved problems great and small, provided support and humor in equal measures to help each woman face everything life has tossed their way. According to Maribeth, it has been the best possible training ground for leading her own company!

Maribeth holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master of Science degree from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Maribeth and her husband, Wayne, have two adult daughters. Her belief in the power of women is a gift from the generations of women in her family who have left a lasting legacy, especially her mother Mary and grandmother Genie. Today, this belief is reflected in her joy and delight in recognizing her daughters have become smart and talented women.

Angela Hamilton

Meet Angela Hamilton

Angela Hamilton has been living a life of purpose for nearly 30 years within and for senior living communities. As a 7-year-old, she would play piano concerts for residents who considered it a bright spark in their day. As a college student she spent her summers working on discharge plans in a hospital setting. So her segue to a sales role at Westminster Canterbury seemed like a natural career path. Starting with a community at the top of its game set a standard she continues to bring to every client interaction she has.

After a decade working at the community level, she moved to the agency side of marketing for a variety of senior communities. She realized most communities and agencies didn’t appreciate the treasure hidden within their data. Too many simply limited themselves to a marketing footprint that wasn’t the right fit or was too small. Working with Sabal data for many years, she knows the difference having the right data makes in any campaign.

As the principal strategy officer for Sabal, Angela is focused on the big picture for our clients. In between deep dives into data, she wrangles sheep, chickens, big floofly dogs and two children on her hobby farm. In her spare time, she still plays the piano, bakes sourdough bread, and indulges in every creative craft that intrigues her.

Meet Natalie Groeger

Natalie Groeger firmly believes in stepping up and becoming a leader. Courage, imagination, and a real delight in the power of numbers to tell a story are just a few of her innate talents. Add a strong faith and work ethic honed by her early life on the family farm, and you have a principal transformational officer whose goal is to transform senior living through technology. She’s leading the way in helping communities see technology as more than a cost-cutting measure. She sees its power to make the lives of senior living residents better.

Farm life taught her the value of hard work, an ethic she’s continued to follow all her life. She pursued dual majors in art and business at William & Mary. A business internship at a senior community opened the door to a career in sales and marketing at the community and regional level. From there she transitioned to the agency side, focused on helping marketing and sales teams understand how their campaigns performed. 

As someone who is innately curious and innovative, Natalie loves how numbers can tell compelling stories. So it’s no surprise that she and her husband are teaching their two young sons the value of hard work, smart tech, and how you need to surround yourself with good people because no one can do it alone.
